Your account
Delete your Pulse account
You can delete your Pulse player account, and the personal data linked to it, at any time. The quickest way is in the app. If you can no longer sign in, use the form below and we'll do it for you.
This page applies to the Pulse app for iOS and Android, published by Pulse Sports Holdings Ltd.
Delete your account in the app
- 1Open the Pulse app and go to your Profile.
- 2Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Profile settings.
- 3Tap Privacy.
- 4Tap Delete your account.
- 5Confirm by tapping Delete my account.
Deleting your account is permanent and takes effect immediately. You'll be signed out and won't be able to log in again, and any open matches, bookings or wallet credit linked to the account can't be recovered, so settle anything outstanding first.
Can't get into the app?
If you've lost access to the app or your login, send us a deletion request here. We'll email the address you give us to confirm it's really you, then delete the account and confirm once it's done. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What happens to your data
Deleted: your player profile (name, photo, level and preferences), your login details, saved clubs, custom alerts, and your access to chats, matches and the app.
Kept for a limited time: records of bookings, payments, refunds, invoices, wallet transactions and disputes that we have to keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security and legal reasons, for only as long as those duties require. Deleted data may also remain in backups for a short period until they are cycled.
Club records: the clubs you've played at may keep their own customer records (for example your past bookings with them) where the law permits. They are responsible for those records, and you can contact the club directly about them.
Full details are in sections 17 and 18 of our Privacy Policy. Questions about deletion or your data? Email hello@pulse-sport.io.
